Summer Meeting Agenda

Many of you guys are probably wondering about the amount of hours you have. The good news is that the hours have been updated, but the bad news is that it's only the hours from semester two. Elaine is hard at work to get back the old hours! If you want to see how many hours you have, it is downloadable from sendspace or you can look at the list of people with 5+ hours on the myspace! (you can look at THIS list only if we've added you)

e. Make Music Pasadena
Located at 65 South Grand Avenue, Pasadena 91105, we will be assaigned primarily to stages and performance space! It's on World Music Day, the Summer Solstice, Saturday June 21 starting at 8am-11am.
Stages: there are about 13 stages and they stretch all across pasadena! Sidewalks, parks, courtyards, alleys, building lobbies are apart of this event, and to tell you the truth this sounds like a really awesome event
if i may say so myself :)

f. Water Balloon Social
This will be with Don Bosco, our buddy club and it's our last social with them so take advantage of it! :) It's held on Saturday , June 28th at Almansor Park from 11AM to 3PM. Food and water balloons are provided but bring your own super soakers and water guns. Treat yourself to some fun after a long and hard year at school! Girls, remember white t-shirts are see through when wet!

g. DCM
It's held on Sunday, June 29th, the day after the water balloon social, at 12PM at Almansor Park again. You will get your Anime Expo waivers from Lisa & learn more about the two upcoming divisional events. Don Bosco is hosting.

h. Anime Expo
This is an annual event devoted to Japanese animation and manga (comics). It's held on Friday, July 4th and Saturday July 5th at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This is a divisional event and everyone attending and volunteering at this event must sign a parent waiver, bring your ID, and after working 4 hours you receive a free one day pass! Get your waivers at the D10 yahoo groups.

i. Pasadena Aquatic Center
It's held on Saturday, July 26th. We will be helping out at a diving/swimming competition (but we are not going to be swimming). It's also a divisional event so it will be lots of fun too :) More info to be announced during DCM.
